Do you want to be successful on your terms, and yours alone?
Tired of feeling like you don't measure up? Of feeling judged by others on your business performance? Do you want to create a vision of success that you can clearly articulate, that motivates you and that you can actually achieve?
If so, then this workshop will help you create a definition of success that is aligned with your values, passions, purpose and priorities.
In this session I will help you to:
- Reflect on what success currently means to you, what legacy influences and preconceptions influence your understanding of success and whether they are beneficial or harmful to you
- Understand and articulate your Values and help you to take action so they show up in your daily life and business (pre-work required)
- Introduce you to the concept of a Big Hairy Audacious Goals. We'll have a go at combining your passions, purpose, values and the impact you want to have in the world to create a longer term ambition for your business
- Create a personal definition of success, one that is meaningful and achievable on your terms.
We limit sessions to 8 people so that we can keep the session interactive and have lots of time for practical exercises and discussion. Please come with an open mind and be open to sharing your story and perspectives.

What you need to bring:
This is an in person event, so bring your laptop, a notebook and anything you need to make you feel comfortable in the session - i often recommend a scarf or jumper in case the AC is a bit powerful!
On-site facilities
Free Parking is available outside Nasab, and there is a coffee shop on site for refreshments and snacks. Water and black coffee is provided for free.
